Earlier in his book, Shakespeare's Motley, Mr. Hotson points out (p. ioi) that: The book is the man, and Armin's personality shines through the pages of his Foole upon Foole (i6oo) and his subsequent comedy of The Two Maids of More-clacke. The first of these was published shortly after he had joined Shakespeare's company. The Encyclopedia Britannica states that “both of these books were published in under the pseudonym Clonnico de Curtanio Snuffe. Armin also wrote a play. The History of the Two Maids of More-clacke (), and a book of ballads entitled The Italian Taylor and His Boy ().”.

The important characteristic of nonfiction genre is that the author is plenipotentiary to bedeck the story with his own opinion, express his view. Although the nonfiction book should be full of definite facts, the author can add some emotions to make this memoir or chronic and not so bored. It is a perfect literature for studying.

Foole Upon Foole (a book of jests), Nest of Ninnies (the same book of jests with some new material, probably re-released to sell more copies), The Maids of More-clacke (a play), and The Italian Tailor and his Boy (a long verse poem). I’ll just focus on two of these briefly to conclude the entry.   Two lamentable tragedies. / Robert Yarrington -- v. The tragedy of Hoffman, or, A revenge for a father. / Henry Chettle -- v. The first part of the contention between the two famous houses of York and Lancaster. -- v.
